There is always need for a free meal, especially as the holiday season approaches.The Ed Reed Foundation came together Friday in Baltimore to put together 400 Thanksgiving meals for families.It’s a meaningful gesture — not just for the community — but for those who volunteer to help each year.”To me, this is just being helpful. This is, like, giving back, being able to give a helping hand when needed,” said Ny’Eem Johnson, a student and volunteer. “We all volunteer. We all help out. It’s just about giving back.”Twenty-five community members volunteered this year.This is the 10th year for the annual Ed Reed Foundation Thanksgiving Blessings campaign.
